Mosque of Isa Bey takes its name from an old Turkish leader called β€˜β€™Isa’’. Today the Mosque still stands where it was built in 1375. Mosque shows us one of the best examples of Turkish Islamic buildings. Mosque can be visited anyday but on Friday midday. Friday is the holy day of Muslims living in Ephesus area and they like to come to this ancient mosque to prey. Mosque is open any other time to everybody coming here with open hearts. Mosque can be visited by women as long as they have a headscarf on when there is man prayin.
